The Call-A-Tek difference _
First, I love that Gus answers the phone. No leaving a message and waiting to hear back. I called on a Friday with a non-urgent matter. Gus was at my house/office on Monday morning at 8. It is so convenient to have a house call service...no packing up the computers and meeting at a shop for an appointment and lugging them back...and then setting everything back up again. I was able to get right to work the minute he left. He is fast, efficient and did exactly what I needed. He also had a few bits of advice he shared along the way which I really appreciated.

Oasystec is your IT go to solution !! After a regretful windows 10 upgrade, I messed up the network and the ports in our computers so we couldn't do anything! Really, Nothing!! No accounting, bidding, remote deposits, etc. Gus at Oasystec felt my sense of urgency and was willing to come right away! He came in a resolved the issues within 20 minutes. He's close by so it's very convenient for us and, of course, very reasonable pricing. I called other places and was told our business was too small for their prices. But not for Gus, he focuses on small business so no Tech question is a dumb question for him. As of today, Feb/5/2016, Anything IT related, we will only call Oasystec.

Exactly on 12/31 my computer became unusable. I called Gus and, given my urgency, he was willing to come the following day in spite of the fact that is was New Year's Eve to help me diagnose the problem. He was really helpful and gave me good advice on what to do next. It makes me feel good to know that I can count on him for my technical problems.
